PUSHTECH SOLUTIONS PTY LTD
PushDocs privacy information
Updated 22 October 2026. PushDocs is a business document editing, scanning and signing service operated by Pushtech Solutions Pty Ltd. Contact info@pushtech.com.au about privacy, access, corrections or deletion.
Information the service uses
We store your account email, name, password hash, workspace memberships and sessions. When you upload or save a document we store its contents and versions, fields, recipients, signatures and activity records. Signing activity can include timestamps, IP address and browser information for the document audit trail. Document titles, names and email addresses may be included in notifications you send.
Camera and photos
Camera and gallery access is used when you choose to scan or convert photos. Web photo-to-PDF processing happens on your device until you save the PDF to a workspace or share it. The iPhone scanner produces temporary local PDFs for review and sharing. Choosing a share destination gives that destination a copy. Remove exported copies using your device or the receiving service.
Purposes and access
We use this information to authenticate users, edit and store documents, deliver signing invitations, complete signing requests, support customers and investigate failures or abuse. Workspace members can access the records allowed by their workspace permissions; recipients receive access to the signing request addressed to them. Keep private signing and invitation links confidential.
Service providers
The hosted service currently uses Amazon Web Services infrastructure in Sydney, Australia, including email delivery. Delivery and recipients’ email providers may process information outside Australia. Device platform providers process app downloads and account information under their own policies. Stripe payments and optional OpenAI planning are not currently activated. If optional AI planning is enabled later, the current implementation sends formatting metrics rather than PDF contents and requires workspace permission and user consent.
Account deletion and retention
You can delete your account here or open Settings → Delete account in PushDocs. You must verify your password and review the workspaces affected. The service removes your login, sessions and memberships. Workspaces used only by you and their records are deleted from the live service, with stored-file removal processed in the background. Shared business records stay in the business workspace; your creator link is removed. Content that another business maintains about you, including signed documents and audit records, is controlled by that business and may need a separate request to its administrator.
Backups are separate from the live service. Deleted information can remain in existing backups until those backups are rotated; a fixed maximum backup retention period is not yet configured. We cannot recall files or messages already downloaded, emailed or shared with other recipients. Do not use PushDocs for a retention requirement that depends on a fixed deletion deadline until that requirement has been agreed with us.
Security and your choices
The service uses HTTPS, password hashing, workspace access controls and server-side session revocation. These controls do not eliminate all security risks. You can review and revoke sessions in Settings, manage team access in Workspaces, and contact us to request a copy or correction of personal account information. We do not sell document content or use it for advertising.
